Special Briefing from Ministers for Arts and YouTube

Fellow Councillors,

As you are well aware, the Minister for YouTube and I recently engaged in a very special meeting, which could realistically be considered to be of a very pervy nature indeed. Yes, 'twas our first physical meeting since declaring ourselves to be an official item in June of 2010, and despite a few dubious opinions from non-romantics, we have proved that Twitter and Skype are the true giants of communication, and we are more infatuated with each other than ever.
