M'lord Cacophonyx has put forward a suggestion that amuses, delights, intrigues and alarms me in equal measures... a song for the Council....


Suggestions for lyrics, Councillors, if you would please....I mean obviously it needs to be very filthy/dirty/smutty but in a clever, double entendre way. Perhaps to the tune of the Italian national anthem...that's always rousing.
