Special Briefing from Ministers for Arts and YouTube

Fellow Councillors,

As you are well aware, the Minister for YouTube and I recently engaged in a very special meeting, which could realistically be considered to be of a very pervy nature indeed. Yes, 'twas our first physical meeting since declaring ourselves to be an official item in June of 2010, and despite a few dubious opinions from non-romantics, we have proved that Twitter and Skype are the true giants of communication, and we are more infatuated with each other than ever. I come bearing photographic evidence of our time together - please click the clicky link to read more!

This was our first picture together, taken after we arrived at the hotel
and Joe had a shower and began to feel human again. In fact,
if I recall correctly, this was taken directly after our first kiss!

The Sydney Harbour Bridge! An iconic Australian touristy thing.

And the Sydney Opera House! My future home, obviously.

A bit of tongue action in the rain with a brolly.
This was taken in Garema Pl, Canberra.

At the Red Hill look-out, Canberra.

After an Italian Espresso Shot (in a shot glass, with Lindt chocolate and cream)
at MyCafe in Garema Pl, Canberra.

Workin' it, at our friend Julia's apartment for a
Roll-Your-Own Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll Party.

Sheltering from the hot sun under a brolly at Cockington Green
("What's that, a phallic golf course?" -- JOE) at Gold Creek in Canberra.

Being all kinds of suave at the Botanical Gardens in Canberra.

Joe's very first Devonshire Tea (scones w/ jam
and cream) at Adore Tea in Gold Creek.

THE TOWER! Hogsbreath Cafe, Canberra.

Definitely one of my favourites.  (The food or the photo? You decide...)

Looking tired on a plane to Tasmania.

On the tarmac, about to fly back to Canberra from Tasmania.

We had a truly fantastic time. We spent five days in Sydney (staying next to the red-light district!), then two-and-a-half weeks in Canberra, with two days in Tasmania in the middle. The time flew, and I cried and cried when it was time to say goodbye. Truly my soulmate.

Bitsy, you'll be very pleased to know that the Minister for YouTube is thoroughly worthy of being a Pervy Councillor, and in the interests of not embarrassing him, I'll say no more except to hint that he has clearly been paying attention to your informative blog posts...

With my fondest hope that our separation will not be too long...

Pro Concilium, Pro Gallimaufry! In the name of True Love!

xoxo Minister for Arts, Shiny Things, Et Cetera

  4. Awesome! Its so good to see you both happy! Yay! When's the Pervy Slideshow happening then? As Minister for Arts we expect some racy, pushing the envelope artistic endeavour.

Anyway, looks like you both an amazing time and so chuffed you're all loved up!

  5. I don't think this is nearly unhealthy enough. Posting body parts is the only recommendation I have.
